Researchers have created Sans Forgetica
Researchers from the University of Melbourne have created a new font at the intersection of design and psychology, which will help to better memorize what they read. The name was given from a combination of two classic fonts – Comic Sans and Helvetica, in the end it turned out Sans Forgetica. A characteristic feature of this font is the lack of fragments in letters. This is done according to the principle of the “expediency of difficulty” psychological phenomenon, which was described by Elizabeth and Robert Bjork. Expedient difficulty is a learning task in which little effort is needed, the effect is better performance.
